The Hoëdic fort
FORT LOUIS-PHILIPPE · 1853

Restored in 2018-2019, the fort hosts guided tours and exhibitions on the island's wildlife, flora and history, run by the Conservatoire du littoral and the Melvan association.

A 4.10 m menhir Christianised with a cross and statue niche, and a neighbouring dolmen, listed monuments since 1926: five thousand years of human presence in one field.
