Part of the island is a marine national park. Sancho, Baía dos Porcos, Sueste and the associated trails require the ICMBio ticket — 384 R$ for a foreign visitor, valid for 10 consecutive days. It is separate from the visitor tax (TPA), which is charged every day.
Regularly voted the most beautiful beach in the world. You go down by a stairway set into the cliff, then swim over a coral bottom. Go early: access is by time slot and fills up.
